摘  要:高素质的人才队伍是图书馆实现高质量发展的基础性保障。文章聚焦长三角高校图书馆联盟馆员培训工作,通过网络调查联盟主办或协办的馆员培训活动,分析其现状及存在的问题,从机制保障、培训定位、课程体系及培训途径等方面探索联盟馆员培训高效开展的策略,以期为联盟培养适应新时代高等教育发展要求的专业人才、推动长三角地区乃至全国高校图书馆事业的高质量发展提供参考。A high-quality talent team is a fundamental guarantee for libraries to realize high-quality development.The article focuses on the librarian training work of the Yangtze River Delta University Libraries Union,analyzes the current situation and problems of the training through the network survey of librarian training activities sponsored or co-organized by the Union,and actively explores the strategies of efficiently carrying out the Union's librarian training in terms of the mechanism safeguard,positioning of the training,curriculum system and training paths,with a view to cultivating professionals adapted to the requirements of the development of higher education in the new era for the Union,and promoting the development of high quality of university library business in Yangtze River Delta and even nationwide.In this way,we hope to provide reference for the alliance to cultivate professionals to meet the requirements of the development of higher education in the new era,and to promote the high-quality development of university libraries in the Yangtze River Delta region and the whole country.
