数智时代图书馆信息文化建设的SWOT分析及策略研究

摘　　要：图书馆具备丰富的资源、高效传播的能力、完善的制度及教育上的优势,但同时面临经费缩减、机制不健全及意识形态领域的挑战。文章通过SWOT分析法对图书馆在信息文化建设中的优劣势、发展机遇及挑战进行深入研究,分析得出了SO、WO、ST、WT四种策略类型,提出图书馆需强化内部优势,降低外部风险,朝着智能化、制度化、教育化的方向努力,以适应新时代数智化的要求,推动信息文化建设高质量发展。Libraries have rich resources,efficient dissemination capabilities,perfect(well-established)system and educational advantages,but at the same time,they also face the challenges of shrinking funds,unsound mechanism and ideological protection.The article conducts an in-depth study on the strengths and weaknesses,development opportunities and challenges of libraries in the construction of information culture through the SWOT analysis,and analyzes the four types of strategies SO,WO,ST and WT,and proposes that libraries need to strengthen their internal strengths,reduce the external risks,and make efforts in the direction of intelligence,institutionalization,and education to adapt to the requirements of the new age of digitization,and to promote the high-quality development of information culture.
