摘　　要：祖国大陆掌握实现祖国完全统一的战略主动,牢牢把握两岸关系主导权和主动权。但近年来岛内政局、两岸关系及外部环境变化都使得加快推进国家统一进程面临新形势、新挑战和新任务。新形势下加快推进国家统一进程应统筹主权、政权、人民和认同等面向的目标任务。新形势下加快推进国家统一进程,应将两岸关系主导权和主动权转化为系统性的策略路径,以我为主,坚持一个中国原则,统筹国内国际两个大局,铸牢中华民族共同体意识;继续深化两岸融合发展,夯实和平统一基础;坚决开展反分裂、反干涉重大斗争,扫清国家统一事业的内外障碍;加强法制建设和法律斗争,构建推进国家统一的法治体系;做好应对重大事变的充分准备,争取祖国和平统一的前景。The China's Mainland has strengthened the strategic initiative for China's complete reunification,maintained the initiative and the ability to steer in cross-Strait relations.However,in recent years,changes have taken place in the political situation of the Taiwan region,cross-strait relations,and the external environment.All these changes have resulted in new situations,new challenges and new tasks in accelerating the process of national reunification.To accelerate the process of national reunification under the new situation,the China's Mainland should coordinate the objectives and tasks of sovereignty,regime,people and identity.To accelerate the process of national reunification under the new situation,the China's Mainland should transform the initiative and the ability to steer in cross-Strait relations into a systematic strategic path,maintain strategic autonomy,adhere to the one-China principle,coordinate the domestic and international situations,and cast a solid awareness of the Chinese national community,continue to deepen cross-Straits integration and development and consolidate the foundation for peaceful reunification,resolutely carry out major anti-secession and anti-interference struggles and remove internal and external obstacles to the cause of national reunification,strengthen legal construction and legal struggle,and build a legal system to promote national reunification,fully prepare for major incidents and strive for the prospect of peaceful reunification.
