金融资本的概念演进、经济地位与发展趋势:一个经济思想史的考察视角

摘　　要：金融是现代经济的核心,金融资本在当代资本主义经济中占据支配性地位,其概念随着时代的变化、实践的发展而不断拓新。因此,基于经济思想史的视角系统考察金融资本在当代资本主义发展过程中的演化具有重要意义。研究发现,学界关于金融资本的论述呈现阶段性、历史性、时代性特征,主要表现为:列宁之后“金融资本消失论”与“金融资本强化说”并存;两次金融风暴深化了学界关于金融资本的认知深度;近五年学界根据经济事实的变化对金融资本概念在原有基础上进行必要的拓展与延伸,并适时概括金融资本当代发展的新特征——寄生性与食利性得以强化、金融资本与数字技术深度融合以及金融资本的全球化趋势日新月盛。Finance is the core of modern economy.Financial capital occupies a dominant position in con‐temporary capitalist economy,and its concept continues to extend with the changes of the times and the devel‐opment of practice.Therefore,it is of great significance to systematically examine the evolution of financial capital in the development process of contemporary capitalism from the perspective of the history of economic thought.The research finds that the academic discourse on financial capital presents the stage characteristics,historical characteristics and era characteristics.They mainly manifest as:The coexistence of the“disappear‐ance theory of financial capital”and the“strengthening theory of financial capital”after Lenin;The two finan‐cial crises have deepened the academic community’s understanding of financial capital;The academic commu‐nity has made necessary expansions and extensions to the concept of financial capital based on changes in eco‐nomic facts in the past five years,and timely summarized the new characteristics of contemporary development of financial capital,such as the strengthening of parasitism and profitability,the deep integration of financial capital and digital technology,and the increasing globalization trend of financial capital.
