摘 要:为研究不同秸秆添加量对猫砂性能影响,制备6种不同秸秆含量的猫砂,并分析猫砂各项指标。结果表明,随着秸秆添加量增加,猫砂含水率、容重、除臭和抑菌性能得到优化,吸水性能、粉尘率、成品率和结团性能则变差。当秸秆添加量为30%时,猫砂含水率为5.53%,容重为0.51 g/mL,吸水率为205.94%,结团重量为24.91 g,与不添加秸秆的猫砂相比差异均达到显著水平。两类指标指数化后依据边际分析原理得出,当秸秆添加量为27.36%时,既有利于含水率和容重等性能的改善,也避免对吸水性能和结团性能等造成显著影响,是实际生产中秸秆推荐添加量。In order to study the effect of different straw content on the performance of cat litter,six kinds of cat litter with different straw content were prepared,and the important indexes of cat litter were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of straw content,the moisture content,bulk density,deodorization and antibacterial properties of cat litter were optimized,while the water absorption performance,dust rate,yield and agglomeration performance became worse.When the amount of straw was 30%,the moisture content of cat litter was 5.53%,the bulk density was 0.51 g/mL,the water absorption was 205.94%,and the agglomeration weight was 24.91 g,which were significantly different from those of cat litter without straw.Based on the marginal analysis principle after indexation of the two kinds of indicators,when the straw addition amount is 27.36%,it is not only conducive to the improvement of moisture content,bulk density and other properties,but also can avoid significant impact on water absorption and agglomeration properties,which is the recommended amount of straw addition in actual production.
