摘 要:磷石膏在公路建设中的安全高效利用对其高值化消纳具有重要意义。通过分析磷石膏处理状态对基层长期力学性能和环境安全性能影响,并结合实体工程水源监测,研究其在公路应用中的环境风险。结果表明,陈化处理的磷石膏基层具有良好的力学性能和环境安全性能,7 d无侧限抗压强度为7.5 MPa,养护360 d后无侧限抗压强度较7 d增长了69.33%,且7 d试件破碎后的总磷含量仅为0.09 mg/L(<0.2 mg/L),可溶性氟离子含量为0.216 mg/L(<1 mg/L),满足公路工程实际需求。实体工程路域环境的地下水、地表水以及土壤环境污染监测结果均满足国家标准,具有明显环境友好性与安全性。The safe and efficient utilization of phosphogypsum in highway construction is of great significance to its high value consumption.The effects of phosphogypsum treatment on the long-term mechanical properties and environmental safety of the base were analyzed,and the environmental risks of its application in highway were studied in combination with the monitoring of physical engineering water source.The results show that the aged phosphypsum base has good mechanical properties and environmental safety performance.The unconfined compressive strength of 7 d is 7.5 MPa,which increases by 69.33%in 360 d.The total phosphorus and soluble fluoride ions of the crushed specimens after 7 d are only 0.09 mg/L(<0.2 mg/L)and 0.216 mg/L(<1 mg/L),which meet the actual needs of highway engineering.The monitoring results of groundwater,surface water and soil environmental pollution in the physical engineering road area environment all meet the national standards,and have obvious environmental friendliness and safety.
