摘 要:以生活垃圾焚烧飞灰为主要研究对象,考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、浸出液固比、浸出渣水洗次数及洗水用量等工艺参数对飞灰中氯离子脱除率的影响,并进行了三级逆流水洗试验。结果表明,水洗能高效脱除飞灰中的氯盐,浸出温度、浸出时间及浸出液固比对飞灰脱氯影响不大,浸出渣水洗次数及洗水用量对飞灰脱氯影响明显。浸出温度为40℃,浸出时间为30 min,浸出液固比为2 mL/g,浸出渣水洗两次,每次用水量为100 mL,飞灰中氯的脱除率为95.40%。三级逆流水洗相比单级水洗洗水用量更低,提高水洗液中氯、钾、钠等离子浓度,降低废水处理成本。With fly ash from incineration domestic waste as the main reasearch object,leaching temperature,leaching time,liquid-solid ratio,washing frequency of leaching residue,washing water dosage on the removal rate of chloride ions in fly ash were investigated.Three stage countercurrent washing experiments were also conducted.The results showed that water washing could effectively remove chlorine salts from fly ash,the leaching temperature,leaching time and liquid-solid ratio had little influence on the dechlonnation effect of fly ash.The washing frequency leaching residue and the total amount of washing water had obvious influence on the dechlonnation effect of fly ash.The leaching temperature was 40℃,leaching time was 30 min,liquid-solid ratio was 2 mL/g,washing twice and the water consumption was 100 mL each time,the removal rate of Cl-in fly ash was 95.40%.Compared with single-stage washing,three-stage countercurrent washing could reduce the washing water consumption,increase the concentration of Cl-,K+and Na+in the washing solution,and reduce the cost of wastewater treatment.
