摘  要:本试验基于国产替代战略需求,系统探究东秦岭白岗岩作为光伏坩埚内层高纯石英原料的可行性。通过工艺矿物学研究-分离提纯试验-产品性能评估的系统研究,揭示了该石英原料的提纯潜力。工艺矿物学研究表明,原料主要组成为斜长石(50%~65%)、石英(18%~30%)、白云母(8%~15%)及钾长石(5%~15%),其中石英相呈现典型洁净结构特征,即颗粒嵌布形态规则,固体包裹体极少,气液包裹体以可解离、串珠状分布为主。通过构建“高效精细分离-超常深度纯化-精准定向除杂”的联合工艺流程,成功稳定制备出4N8级高纯石英砂,其SiO2纯度达99.9987%,总杂质13.12μg/g,且杂质结构与美国矽比科IOTA-CG标准高度吻合,产品中石英砂颗粒整体较纯净,气液包裹体去除彻底。本试验首次系统论证了白岗岩型高纯石英原料国产替代的可行性,为突破光伏坩埚内层用高纯石英技术提供了理论依据。This study systematically investigates the feasibility of East Qinling alaskite as a high-purity quartz raw material for the inner layer of photovoltaic crucibles based on the demand of domestic substitution strategy.The purification potential of this quartz raw material is revealed through a systematic study of process mineralogical study-separation and purification test-product performance evaluation.The process mineralogical study shows that the main components of the raw material are plagioclase feldspar(50%-65%),quartz(18%-30%),muscovite(8%-15%)and potassium feldspar(5%-15%),in which the quartz phase exhibits the typical clean structural characteristics,i.e.,the particles are embedded in a regular pattern,there are very few solid inclusions,and the gas-liquid inclusions are mainly distributed in the form of dissociable beads.Through the joint process of"high-efficiency fine separation-extraordinary depth purification-precise directional impurity removal",we successfully and stably prepared 4N8-grade high-purity quartz sand,with a purity of 99.9987%SiO_(2),13.12μg/g of total impurities,and the impurity structure is highly consistent with the U.S.Silicon Bicol IOTA-CG standard,and the overall purity of quartz sand particles in the product is relatively pure,and the removal of gas-liquid inclusions is thorough.The overall purity of quartz sand particles in the product and the thorough removal of gas-liquid inclusions.This study systematically demonstrates for the first time the feasibility of domestic substitution of alaskite type high-purity quartz raw materials,and provides a theoretical basis for the breakthrough of high-purity quartz technology for the inner layer of photovoltaic crucible.
