摘 要:以伟晶岩为原料,采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)仪、电子光学显微镜、电子显微探针(EPMA)及能谱仪(EDS)等分析方法对原料的元素组成、矿物学特征和杂质赋存状态等进行了分析。采用“原料-破碎-手选-水淬-棒磨-分级-磁选-浮选-酸浸”工艺对原料进行处理,最终获得了纯度4N5以上的高纯石英砂。并对产品的杂质元素及包裹体状态通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)和拉曼光谱仪进行了分析。The elemental composition,mineralogical characteristics,and impurity occurrence states of the raw material were analyzed using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,electron optical microscope,electron microprobe,and energy dispersive spectrometer,with pegmatite as the raw material.The process of“raw material crushing hand selection water quenching rod grinding classification magnetic separation flotation acid leaching”was adopted to treat the raw materials,and high-purity quartz sand with a purity of 4N5 or above was finally obtained;And the impurity elements and inclusion content of the product were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectrometer,plasma emission spectrometer,and Raman spectrometer.
