摘 要:本文利用溶剂热法和后修饰法合成了二维手性金属有机框架纳米片Ni/Fe-D-(+)-葡萄糖,然后通过“网包法”将Ni/Fe-D-(+)-葡萄糖固载在硅胶表面,最后将Ni/Fe-D-(+)-葡萄糖用作高效液相色谱手性固定相。采用正相高效液相色谱(NP-HPLC)和反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)系统地测试了Ni/Fe-D-(+)-葡萄糖色谱柱的分离效果。结果表明,NP-HPLC对13种手性化合物具有分离效果,RP-HPLC对9种手性化合物具有分离效果,其中有8种手性化合物达到基线分离。该手性色谱柱对位置异构体也显示出良好的选择性。以1,2-二氯丁烷为分析测试物,该色谱柱表现出良好的重现性和稳定性。结果表明,二维手性金属有机框架纳米片具有作为手性固定相的巨大潜力。In this study,two-dimensional chiral metal organic framework nanosheets(MONs)Ni/Fe D-(+)-glucose were synthesized by solvothermal and post-modification methods,and the two-dimensional chiral metalorganic framework nanosheets Ni/Fe-D-(+)-glucose were covered on the surface of bare silica by the“wrapped in net”method.Finally,the two-dimensional Ni/Fe D-(+)-glucose was used as a chiral stationary phase for high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The separation efficiency of Ni/Fe D-(+)-glucose chromatography columns was systematically tested using normal phase(NP)-HPLC and reverse phase(RP)-HPLC.The results showed that NP-HPLC is able to separate 13chiral compounds,RP-HPLC can separate 9chiral compounds,of which 8chiral compounds achieved baseline separation.The chiral chromatographic column also showed good selectivity for positional isomers The chromatographic column showed good reproducibility and stability using 1,2-dichlorobutane as the analytical test substance.The results indicate that two-dimensional chiral nanosheets have great potential as chiral stationary phases.
