摘  要:采用溶剂蒸发诱导自组装法,首次直接在石墨烯表面制备了垂直排列的金纳米棒阵列,进而提高了石墨烯折射率传感技术的性能。抗体被接种在金纳米棒和石墨烯表面,实现对目标物兔IgG进行动态、免标记和高灵敏度的检测。其灵敏度和检测限分别达到39.49mV/(μg/mL)和0.16ng/mL。与纯石墨烯芯片相比,其灵敏度提高了40倍,检测限降低至原来的1/70。石墨烯折射率传感技术性能的显著提升来自于石墨烯和金纳米棒阵列的相互作用。通过有限元模拟的方法证明金纳米棒阵列的存在不仅使探测光的能量局域在金纳米棒周围,而且显著增强了石墨烯表面的电场强度,这有利于生物分子的高灵敏度检测。直接在石墨烯表面自组装金纳米棒的方法不仅对提高石墨烯折射率传感技术的灵敏度具有重要意义,而且也为其它类型光学传感技术的性能的提升提供了新的思路。In this study,vertically arranged gold nanorod arrays were prepared on the surface of graphene for the first time using a solution evaporation-induced self-assembly method,thereby improving the performance of graphene refractive index sensing technique.Antibodies were immobilized on the surface of gold nanorods and graphene to achieve dynamic,label-free and highly sensitive detection of the target rabbit IgG.Its sensitivity and limit of detection(LOD)reached 39.49mV/(μg/mL)and 0.16ng/mL,respectively.Compared with pure graphene,its sensitivity has been increased by 40times,and the LOD has been reduced to one-seventieth of the original level.The significant improvement in the performance of graphene refractive index sensing technique comes from the interaction of graphene and gold nanorod arrays.The finite element simulation method was used to prove that the existence of the gold nanorod arrays not only localizes the energy of the detection light around the gold nanorods,but also significantly enhances the electric field intensity on the graphene surface,which is beneficial to the highly sensitive detection of biomolecules.The method of self-assembling gold nanorods directly on the surface of graphene is not only important for improving the sensitivity of graphene refractive index sensing technology,but also provides new ideas for improving the performance of other types of optical sensing technologies.
