摘 要:以桔子皮提取液为还原剂和保护剂,利用微波一锅法绿色制备石墨烯纳米银复合材料,采用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、电子衍射能谱、红外光谱法、紫外光谱法和电化学方法对复合材料进行表征。将石墨烯纳米银复合材料修饰到碳布表面,制备柔性葡萄糖的无酶电化学传感器。实验结果发现,所制备的石墨烯纳米银柔性电极在碱性条件下对葡萄糖有明显的催化作用,采用电流-时间曲线法检测葡萄糖,在0.5~20.0mmol/L浓度范围符合线性关系,检出限为8.6×10^(-5)mol/L(S/N=3)。该柔性电极具有良好的选择性、重现性和稳定性,测定饮料实际样品加标回收率在98.6%~103.0%之间。Graphene nanosilver composites were prepared by microwave one-pot method using orange peel extract as reducing agent and protective agent.The composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,electron diffraction spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,ultraviolet spectroscopy,and electrochemical methods.The graphene nanosilver composite material was modified onto the surface of carbon cloth to prepare a flexible enzyme-free electrochemical sensor for glucose.The experimental results showed that the graphene nanosilver flexible electrode had a significant catalytic effect on glucose under alkaline conditions.The detection limit was 8.6×10^(-5)mol/L(S/N=3).The flexible electrode had good selectivity,reproducibility and stability.The actual sample recovery was 98.6%-103.0%.
