摘 要:本文依据GB/T 21655.1—2023《纺织品吸湿速干性能的评定第1部分:单项组合试验法》中干燥速率项目,分别探讨3种不同干燥速率仪器法和人工法之间的差异,其中仪器法可分为有四周挡板的采用旋转称量的仪器、有四周挡板不旋转称量的仪器和拆除四周挡板且不旋转称量的仪器3种;人工法是将试样夹持在悬挂装置上一直放置在天平上,以防来回拿动试样装置产生一定的风速。结果表明,旋转称量仪器法测试结果普遍偏大;四周有空洞挡板对测试结果略有影响,但影响不大;四周无挡板不旋转称量的与人工法最接近。According to the drying rate item of GB/T 21655.1—2023"Evaluation of moisture absorption and rapid drying performance of Textiles Part 1 Single Combination test Method",this paper discusses the differences between three different drying rates of instrumental method and manual method.Among them,the instrument method can be divided into three kinds:the instrument with four sides of baffle plate using rotary weighing,the instrument with four sides of baffle plate without rotating weighing and the instrument without rotating weighing.The manual method is to clamp the sample on the suspension device and place it on the balance all the time to prevent a certain wind speed from being generated by moving the sample device back and forth.The results show that the test results of the rotating weighing instrument method are generally too large.The cavitation baffle around the test has a slight influence on the test results,but the influence is not large.The non-rotating weighing without baffle around is closest to the manual method.
