摘　　要：山东省纤监中心通过积极探索和实践,在棉花公证检验中创新实施“12315”工作法,即成立1个临时党支部、执行2项机制、守住3条线、落实纤监1盘棋、严控5个环节,有效提升了棉花公检工作的质量和效率,强化了党建引领,筑牢了思想防线,加强了统筹联动,取得了显著成效。Through active exploration and practice,Shandong Fiber Quality Monitoring Center has innovatively implemented the"12315"working method in official classification of cotton.This method involves establishing one temporary party branch,implementing two mechanisms,safeguarding three lines,ensuring cohesive fiber quality monitoring efforts,and strictly controlling five key links.These measures have effectively improved the quality and efficiency of public inspection of cotton,strengthened the guidance of party building,fortified ideological defenses,enhanced overall coordination and collaboration,and achieved remarkableresults.
