摘  要:针对现有垃圾焚烧锅炉存在的过负荷问题,对福州市某台600t/d城市生活垃圾焚烧锅炉进行了100%和110%负荷的数值模拟,有效模拟了城市生活垃圾焚烧锅炉内温度场等分布情况,分析了过负荷对于垃圾焚烧锅炉的运行影响。利用拉丁超立抽样方法对二次风配比进行抽样;研究二次风配比对炉膛温度、速度矢量及NO_(x)浓度的影响。结果表明:焚烧炉处于110%工况运行时,炉内燃烧剧烈,温度增高,对水冷壁的冲蚀更加严重;当二次风配比OFA1:OFA2:SA1:SA2为45:71:80:54时,城市生活垃圾焚烧炉二次燃烧状况较好,烟气在炉膛出口温度较低,且在第一烟道分布均匀,改善了水冷壁受热不均的问题,第一烟道出口的NO,质量浓度为182.98mg/m^(2),相较于优化前的原始工况下降了5.84%。Aiming at the overload problem of the existing waste incinerators,this study carried out the numerical simulation of a 600 t/d urban solid waste incineration boiler in Fuzhou under 100% load and 11o%load respectively.In this research,the distribution of temperature field in the incinerator was effectively simulated,and the influences of the overload problem on the incinerator operation were analyzed as well.Besides,the influences of secondary air ratio on furnace temperature,velocity vector and NO_(x) concentration were studied by sampling method of Latin hypercube.The results show that when the incinerator is running at 110% load,the combustion in the furnace is intense,the temperature increases heavily and the erosion of the water wall is more serious.In addition,when the ratio of secondary air OFA1:OFA2:SA1:SA2 is 45:71:80:54,the secondary combustion of the waste incinerator is better and the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet is generally lower.Moreover,the gas distribution in the first flue gas pass is uniform,which reduces the uneven heating of the water wall.At this time,the mass concentration of NOr at the first flue gas pass is 182.98 mg/m^(3),which is 5.84% lower than that before optimization.
