摘 要:针对深度调峰背景下,煤粉锅炉参与深度调峰会出现低负荷运行燃烧不稳定的问题,利用富氧助燃技术,研究一台600MW旋流对冲煤粉锅炉低负荷运行富氧稳燃情况,以及富氧助燃技术用于电厂深度调峰时的经济性。通过锅炉燃烧器内二次风空气富氧(氧气体积分数提升至30%),分别对锅炉在50%、30%、25%负荷下空气氛围和富氧氛围6种工况进行了模拟研究。模拟结果表明:随负荷降低,炉内燃烧情况变差,通过二次风富氧可以明显改善燃烧情况并实现锅炉低负荷稳燃;空气氛围最低稳燃负荷在30%,25%负荷时已不能实现稳定着火,而富氧氛围燃烧情况良好。以该煤粉锅炉为例进行深度调峰经济性分析,预测其富氧改造进行深度调峰时的收益以及投资成本回收年限。Under the background of deep peak regulation,the combustion instability of pulverized coal boiler will occur under low load.The oxygen-enriched combustion assisted technology is used to study the combustion stability of a 6oo MW opposed firing boiler under low load.And then the economics of deep peak regulation with oxygen enriched combustion technique is studied.Through the oxygen enrichment of secondary air in the boiler burner(oxygen volume fraction increased to 30%),the simulation research of six conditions was carried out under 50%,30%,25% load,respectively,air atmosphere and oxygen enriched atmosphere.The simulation results show that:With the load reduction,the combustion condition in the furnace becomes worse,and the combustion condition can be significantly improved by secondary air oxygen enrichment and achieve stable combustion under low load.The minimum stable combustion load of the air atmosphere is 30%,and the ignition can not be achieved at 25% load,while the combustion condition of the oxygen-rich atmosphere is good.Finally,taking the pulverized coal boiler as an example,the economic analysis of deep peak regulation is carried out,and the benefits and investment cost recovery period of deep peak regulation are predicted.
