摘  要:针对压力管道内表面点腐蚀缺陷检测困难、成像精度差等问题,使用全聚焦相控阵技术开展研究并进一步讨论探头参数对其成像能力的影响及其探头优化方法。通过CIVA仿真软件研究相控阵探头激发晶片数量、阵元宽度和激发频率对成像的影响,并以应用性为导向进一步提出使用模糊综合评价法从缺陷形貌还原程度、性价比、测量深度和直径的准确性四方面定量评价缺陷成像图,辅助获取探头最佳参数。结果表明:在一定条件下,探头激发晶片的数量和激发频率的高低与成像效果成正比,阵元宽度的大小与成像效果成反比,使用全聚焦相控阵检测方法可以较好还原内表面点腐蚀缺陷;使用模糊综合评价法可以实现对成像图的定量评价。仿真得出的结论及这种将仿真与评价相结合的方法将有助于提升探头选择效率,提高所选探头的准确性和应用性,进一步助力检测工作开展,保障管道安全运行。In response to the difficulties in detecting pitting defects on the inner surface of pressure pipelines and the poor imaging accuracy,a total focusing phased array technology is used to carry out research and further discuss the impact of probe parameters on its imaging ability and probe optimization methods.The influence of the number of excitation wafers,array element width and excitation frequency of the phased array probe on the imaging is studied by CIVA simulation software.Based on the application,it is further proposed to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively evaluate the defect imaging map from four aspects:the degree of defect morphology reduction,cost performance,measurement depth and diameter accuracy,and to assist in obtaining the best parameters of the probe.The results show that under certain conditions,the number of probe wafers and the excitation frequency are proportional to the imaging effect,the size of the array element widths is inversely proportional to the imaging effect,and the use of total focusing phased array detection method can better restore the inner surface pitting defects.The use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can achieve quantitative evaluation of imaging images.The conclusions drawn from simulation and the method of combining simulation and evaluation will help improve the efficiency of probe selection as well as improving the accuracy and applicability of the selected probe,and further assist in the detection work to ensure the safe operation of pipelines.
