摘 要:变径弯管用于连接不同管径且垂直布置的管道,研究其应力场分布规律可以为检测人员提供最大应力危险部位,从而预防危险事故的发生。基于ABAQUS有限元软件,以蒸汽管道用变径弯管为研究对象建立模型,采用间接热-固耦合方式,分析高温高压作用下其应力场分布规律,并探索结构参数对管道应力的影响。结果表明:热应力主要分布在大径端外弧内侧,且在其厚度方向上内外壁应力较高,中间应力较低;内压会使总体应力分布沿中性面对称,应力主要分布在大径端内弧内侧和中端内弧外侧;随着升温速率的增加,热应力逐渐增大,总应力的分布发生变化;锤高和变径比影响总应力的分布,壁厚影响总应力的大小。研究结果为变径弯管的设计和检测提供了参考。Reducing elbows are used to connect pipes of different diameters and arranged vertically,and the study of their stress field distribution laws can provide inspectors with the maximum stress critical areas so as to prevent dangerous accidents from occurring.Based on ABAQUS finite element software,a model is established for reducing elbows used in steam pipelines,using an indirect thermal-solid coupling method to analyze the stress field distribution under high temperature and pressure,and to explore the impact of structural parameters on pipeline stress.The results show that the thermal stress is mainly distributed in the inner side of the outer arc at the large diameter end,and the stress on the inner and outer walls are higher in the thickness direction,while the stress in the middle is lower;Internal pressure causes the overall stress distribution to be symmetric along the neutral side,and the stresses are mainly distributed in the inner side of the inner arc at the large diameter end and the outer side of the inner arc at the middle end;With the increase of heating rate,the thermal stress gradually increases and the distribution of total stress changes;Hammer height and reducer ratio affect the distribution of total stress,and wall thickness affects the magnitude of total stress.The research results provide a reference for the design and testing of reducing elbows.
