摘  要:针对某1000MW机组脱硝系统喷氨不均匀的问题,开展优化实践。通过测试烟气流速和NO_(x)浓度,确定烟气流速为主要决定因素,定义流速分布系数。将分区喷氨量系数设为流速分布系数,利用数值模拟设计不同小喷嘴孔径,调节分区氨通量。同时,构建喷氨支管阻力表,结合流速分布系数和流动方程,快速计算不均匀喷氨方案。优化后,脱硝系统在相同工况下用更少喷氨量实现了相同脱硝效果。提出的快捷计算方法显著简化了设计流程,提高了效率。通过精准调节喷氨量,降低了氨气消耗,减少了氨逃逸及后续设备腐蚀风险。快捷计算方法为脱硝系统优化提供了高效技术支持,具有推广价值。To address the issue of uneven ammonia injection in the denitrification system of a 1000 MW unit,optimization practices were implemented.Through testing flue gas velocity and NO_(x)concentration,it was determined that gas velocity served as the primary determining factor,leading to the definition of a velocity distribution coefficient.The zonal ammonia injection coefficient was set equivalent to the velocity distribution coefficient,while numerical simulations were employed to design different nozzle apertures and regulate zonal ammonia flux.Concurrently,a resistance table for ammonia injection branch pipes was established,enabling rapid calculation of uneven ammonia injection schemes by integrating velocity distribution coefficients with flow equations.After optimization,the denitrification system achieved equivalent performance with reduced ammonia consumption under identical operating conditions.The proposed rapid calculation method significantly streamlined the design process and enhanced efficiency.Precise regulation of ammonia injection reduced ammonia consumption,minimized ammonia escape,and mitigated corrosion risks in downstream equipment.This efficient calculation approach provides valuable technical support for denitrification system optimization,demonstrating significant potential for broaderapplication.
