摘  要:采用大气等离子喷涂工艺制备了Al_(2)O_(3)-13%TiO_(2)(质量分数)复合涂层,通过四因素三水平正交试验,研究了喷涂距离(80,100,120 mm)、电流(530,565,600 A)、氩气流量(31,36,41 L·min^(-1))、氢气流量(10,12,14 L·min^(-1))对涂层显微硬度的影响,获取最佳工艺参数,并对比研究了最佳工艺参数下涂层的物相组成、显微组织、耐腐蚀性以及耐冲蚀性。结果表明:对显微硬度的影响程度按从大到小排序为喷涂距离、电流、氩气流量、氢气流量;随着喷涂距离增加,显微硬度先增大后减小,随着电流、氩气流量或氢气流量增加,显微硬度先减小后增大;最佳工艺参数为电流530 A,喷涂距离100 mm,氩气流量41 L·min^(-1),氢气流量10 L·min^(-1),此条件下制备涂层的显微硬度最大,γ-Al_(2)O_(3)亚稳定相含量少,表面孔隙和微裂纹少,孔隙率小,耐腐蚀性和耐冲蚀性好。Al_(2)O_(3)-13%TiO_(2)(mass fraction)composite coating was prepared by atmospheric plasma spraying.The effect of spraying distance(80,100,120 mm),current(530,565,600 A),argon flow rate(31,36,41 L·min^(-1))and hydrogen flow rate(10,12,14 L·min^(-1))on coating microhardness was studied by four factors and three levels orthogonal tests,and the optimal process parameters were obtained.The phase composition,microstructure,corrosion resistance and erosion resistance of the coating under optimal process parameters were analyzed comparetively.The results show that the degree of influence on microhardness was from large to small as spraying distance,current,argon flow rate and hydrogen flow rate.With the increase of spraying distance,the microhardness increased first and then decreased;with the increase of current,argon flow rate or hydrogen flow rate,the microhardness decreased first and then increased.The optimal process parameters were listed as follows:current of 530 A,spraying distance of 100 mm,argon flow rate of 41 L·min^(-1),hydrogen flow rate of 10 L·min^(-1).Under the optimal process,the prepared coating had the highest microhardness,lessγ-Al_(2)O_(3)metastable phase content,less surface pores and micro-cracks,small porosity,and good corrosion resistance and erosion resistance.
