摘  要:资产评估行业作为推动经济社会高质量发展的关键专业支撑,函需高质量的人才队伍提供坚实保障。在新时代背景下,高等院校应遵循跨界融合的教育理念,通过精心构建跨学科的课程体系,强化实践教学软硬件协同支撑,完善具有鲜明行业特色的实践教学实施方案,构建多维度课程教学管理评价机制,以期全力培养具备综合素养的资产评估专业人才。The asset appraisal industry,as a key professional support for promoting high-quality economic and social development,urgently needs a high-quality talent team to provide solid support.In the context of the new era,higher education institutions should adhere to the educational philosophy of cross-disciplinary integration.By meticulously designing interdisciplinary curriculum systems,enhancing the coordinated support of software and hardware for practical teaching,improving practical teaching implementation plans with distinctive industry characteristics,and establishing multi-dimensional evaluation mechanisms for curriculum teaching and management,these institutions aim to fully cultivate asset appraisal professionals with comprehensive qualities.
