摘 要:近年来,随着2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)和非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)等相关代谢性疾病患者的数量显著增长,学者们对其发病基因及发病机制的研究更加深入。信号传导和转录激活因子(signal transducers and activators of transcription,STAT)作为2型糖尿病和非酒精性脂肪肝病研究的热点基因,在代谢性疾病发生及发展过程中起着重要的作用。本文就STAT与代谢性疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。In recent years,with the significant increase in the number of patients with related metabolic diseases such as type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,scholars have studied their pathogenic genes and pathogenesis more intensively.As hotspot genes in the study of type 2 diabetes mellitus and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,signal transducers and activators of transcription(STAT)play an important role in the occurrence and development of metabolic diseases.This work reviews the research progress on the relationship between STAT and metabolic diseases.
