摘 要:针对碳捕集工艺的高能耗现状及再生塔余热存在的巨大节能潜力,利用Aspen Plus软件进行建模与优化模拟。确定胺法捕集CO_(2)的烟气参数、物性参数后,选择EC-NRTL计算模型进行优化模拟,得到基础碳捕集工艺模型每吨CO_(2)的再生能耗为4.238 GJ,CO_(2)的吸收率为89.2%。基础碳捕集工艺模型存在再生能耗高、CO_(2)吸收率低的缺点,提出的新型碳捕集耦合余热回收利用工艺模型将富液预加热工艺、吸收塔级间冷却工艺和蒸汽压缩热泵工艺整合,经过模拟计算得到碳捕集耦合余热回收利用工艺模型每吨CO_(2)的再生能耗为2.415 GJ,比基础碳捕集工艺模型的再生能耗减少了43.0%;CO_(2)吸收率为99.2%,比基础碳捕集工艺模型提高了11.2%。提出的碳捕集耦合余热回收利用工艺模型对于CO_(2)捕集节能工艺的研究具有一定的理论价值和应用价值。Aiming at the high energy consumption status quo of carbon capture process and the huge energy saving potential of regeneration tower waste heat,modelling and optimization simulation were carried out using Aspen Plus software.After determining the flue gas parameters and physical parameters of CO_(2)capture by amine method,the EC-NRTL calculation model was selected for optimization simulation,and the regeneration energy consumption per ton of CO_(2)of the basic carbon capture process model was 4.238 GJ,and the CO_(2)absorption rate was 89.2%.The basic carbon capture process model has the shortcomings of high regeneration energy consumption and low CO_(2)absorption rate.The proposed new carbon capture coupled waste heat recovery process model integrates the rich liquid preheating process,the absorption tower interstage cooling process and the steam compression heat pump process,and after simulation and calculation,the regeneration energy consumption per ton of CO_(2)of the carbon capture coupled waste heat recovery process model was 2.415 GJ,43.0%less than that of the basic carbon capture process model.The CO_(2)absorption rate is 99.2%,which is 11.2%higher than that of the basic carbon capture process model.The proposed carbon capture coupled waste heat recovery process model has certain theoretical value and application value for the research of CO_(2)capture energy-saving process.
