摘  要:【目的】通过外源物质和光质调控铁皮石斛生长发育,从而为提高铁皮石斛品质提供理论依据。【方法】分别以2年生铁皮石斛盆栽苗为试验材料,开展叶片喷施多效唑、水杨酸和钼酸钠溶液,以及照射红光、蓝光、绿光和白光处理;分析铁皮石斛中的叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性和活性成分含量。【结果】在外源物质的处理中,500mg/L多效唑、0.3mg/L水杨酸和300mg/L钼酸钠处理后30d,铁皮石斛中类黄酮、生物碱、多糖等次生代谢产物水平呈升高趋势。在光质的处理中,使用红光处理铁皮石斛后第30d最有利于提高叶片的叶绿素和多糖含量,使用蓝光处理铁皮石斛后第30 d最有利于促进SOD和POD活性,提高类黄酮和生物碱含量。【结论】外源物质和光质通过多种途径协同调控铁皮石斛生长,促进铁皮石斛活性成分累积,提高铁皮石斛品质。【Objective】The growth and development of Dendrobium officinale were regulated by exogenous substances and light quality,thus providing a theoretical basis for improving the quality of Dendrobium officinale.【Method】In this study,2-year-old Dendrobium officinale potted seedlings were used as experimental materials to spray paclobutrazol,salicylic acid and sodium molybdate solutions on the leaves,and to irradiate red,blue,green and white light.Chlorophyll content,antioxidant enzyme activity and active ingredient content in Dendrobium officinale were analyzed.【Result】In the treatment with exogenous substances,after 30 days of application of 500 mg/L paclobutrazol,0.3 mg/L salicylic acid,and 300 mg/L sodium molybdate,the levels of secondary metabolites such as flavonoids,alkaloids,and polysaccharides in Dendrobium officinale showed an increasing trend.In the light quality treatments,red light was most effective in enhancing chlorophyll and polysaccharide content in the leaves of Dendrobium officinale after 30 days,while blue light was most conducive to promoting the activities of SOD and POD,as well as increasing the content of flavonoids and alkaloids after 30 days.【Conclusion】Exogenous substances and light quality synergistically regulate the growth of Dendrobium officinale through multiple pathways,promote the accumulation of active ingredients,and improve its quality.
