摘　　要：将主流意识形态融入算法设计,增强算法向上向善是中国式现代化进程中算法治理不可或缺的一环。在平台传播中,算法主要作用于信息的把关分类与推荐分发两个环节,也在这两个环节与多重价值耦合。为确保主流意识形态的有效传播,应聚焦于信息传播“源头”——信息的把关分类阶段,让算法在遵循平台原有内容审核标准的同时,增加“主流意识形态”维度,并对信息进行编码处理,使标注有“主流意识形态”标签的内容在后续的特征识别、匹配及推荐分发过程中被高效检索与识别。为实现这一目标,可基于社会主义核心价值观,初步构建一套用于识别与评估主流意识形态的描述性指标体系,促进主流意识形态与算法技术的深度融合,推动网络内容生态的健康发展,将中国式现代化的文化基因转化为可量化、可操作的传播参数,使技术逻辑与国家治理逻辑同频共振。Integrating mainstream ideology into algorithm design and enhancing the positive and virtuous nature of algorithms is an indispensable part of algorithm governance in the process of Chinese-style modernization.In platform communication,algorithms mainly function in the two stages of information gatekeeping and classification,as well as recommendation and distribution,and are coupled with multiple values in these two stages.To ensure the effective dissemination of mainstream ideology,the focus should be on the“source”of information dissemination-the stage of information gatekeeping and classification.While adhering to the original content review standards of the platform,algorithms should add the dimension of“mainstream ideology”and encode the information,so that the content labeled with“mainstream ideology”can be efficiently retrieved and identified in the subsequent feature recognition,matching,and recommendation and distribution processes.To achieve this goal,a descriptive indicator system for identifying and evaluating mainstream ideology can be initially constructed based on the core socialist values,promoting the deep integration of mainstream ideology and algorithm technology,promoting the healthy development of the online content ecosystem,and transforming the cultural genes of Chinese-style modernization into quantifiable and operational communication parameters,so that the technical logic and national governance logic can resonate in unison.
