文化主体性对文化安全的促进作用及其实践逻辑

摘　　要：推动社会主义文化繁荣兴盛,建设社会主义文化强国,文化安全是基本前提。而在影响文化安全的诸多要素中,文化主体性是十分重要的方面,它作为中华民族在文化层面经由自觉探索、自主发展和创新所体现出的精神特质,是支撑文化安全的深层内核。没有文化主体性,难以实现文化安全。积极建构和不断巩固文化主体性,符合巩固党的文化领导权的需要,与社会主义文化发展要求相适应,同中国式现代化的文化使命内在契合,也有助于应对全球化浪潮中的文化安全挑战,于是从根本上维系着国家文化安全。前进道路上,基于文化主体性更好促进文化安全,需要通过突出文化价值引领强化文化主体性的导向作用,通过文化内容创新强化文化主体性的凝聚作用,通过发挥文化涵育功能强化文化主体性的塑造作用,通过注重文化交流互鉴强化文化主体性的辐射作用。Promoting the prosperity of socialist culture and building a strong socialist cultural nation hinges on ensuring cultural security as a fundamental prerequisite.Among the factors influencing cultural security,cultural subjectivity,defined as the spiritual essence,forged through the Chinese nation’s conscious exploration,autonomous development,and innovation in the cultural sphere serves as the bedrock of cultural security.Without cultural subjectivity,cultural security cannot be sustained.Actively constructing and consolidating cultural subjectivity aligns with the imperative to strengthen the Party’s cultural leadership,meets the demands of socialist cultural development,resonates with the cultural mission of Chinese modernization,and addresses challenges to cultural security amid globalization,thereby fundamentally safeguarding national cultural security.On the forward path,to better promote cultural security based on cultural subjectivity,it is necessary to strengthen the guiding role of cultural subjectivity by highlighting cultural values,enhance the cohesive role of cultural subjectivity through cultural content innovation,reinforce the shaping role of cultural subjectivity by leveraging its cultural nurturing function,and amplify the radiating role of cultural subjectivity by focusing on cultural exchanges and mutual learning.
