摘 要:对端面花键齿啮合受力情况进行了分析,运用材料力学中变截面悬臂梁的受力计算方法得出了端面花键齿强度的计算公式。结合端面花键齿实际试验断裂数据例证,对理论计算结果和有限元仿真结果进行比较验证。结果表明,两种方法计算所得出的应力水平基本一致,表明基于变截面悬臂梁模型的端面花键齿强度计算方法可行。相关方法与结论为端面花键在半轴设计开发中的应用提供了参考。In this paper,the stress situation of the face-spline teeth is analyzed,and the formula for the strength of the face-spline teeth is obtained using the force calculation method of variable cross-section cantilever beams in material mechanics.Comparison and verification for the theoretical calcu-lation results and the finite-element simulation results are done by combining the actual test fracture data of the face-spline teeth.The results show that the strength levels calculated by the two different methods are basically consistent,and it is feasible to use this method to calculate the strength of the face-spline teeth.The relevant methods and conclusions provide reference for the application of face-splines in the design and development of half shafts.
