大功率柴油机缸体退火前后的残余应力分析

摘  要:针对柴油机缸体铸件在凝固冷却过程中产生的铸造残余应力对铸件的精度保持性产生不利影响的问题,提出了应力分析的必要性。经过应力分析测试,得出结论:(1)受检缸体经过退火处理后,缸体测试区域的残余主应力以压应力为主,残余压应力保持在100 MPa以内,残余拉应力值均在90 MPa以内;(2)缸体边缘的残余应力以残余拉应力为主;(3)柴油机缸体残余应力值整体较小,使用退火处理方法可以有效降低铸件残余应力。The casting residual stress generated during the solidification and cooling process of diesel engine cylinder castings had an adverse effect on the accuracy retention of castings,and the necessity of stress analysis was proposed.After stress analysis and testing,it was concluded that:(1)After annealing treatment of the inspected cylinder body,the residual principal stress in the cylinder test area was compressive stress,and the residual compressive stress was maintained within 100 MPa,and the residual tensile stress value was within 90 MPa.(2)The residual stress at the edge of the cylinder block was mainly residual tensile stress.(3)The residual stress value of the diesel engine cylinder block was relatively small overall,and the use of annealing treatment method could effectively reduce the residual stress of the casting.
