摘  要:以一表面平整度高的铸件为研究对象,探求消除铸件表面缩孔缺陷的方法。分别设计了1个顶冒口(冷冒口)+内浇道处1个侧冒口(热冒口)和在内浇道处设置1个大型热冒口的两种冒口设计工艺,同时辅以铁液化学成分与熔炼温度的参数调整,对铸件进行生产试制。生产结果表明:采用热侧冒口工艺的补缩作用优于冷顶冒口工艺,有利于消除铸件表面的缩孔缺陷;控制铁液的化学成分与浇注温度,可以保证石墨膨胀,减小铁液体积收缩率,减少缩孔出现的概率,保证铸件表面平整度。A casting with high surface flatness was taken as the research object to explore the method of eliminating shrinkage defects on the surface of the casting.Two riser design processes were designed,one top riser(cold riser)+one side riser(hot riser)at the ingrate and one large hot riser at the ingrate.At the same time,the castings were trial-produced with the parameters of the chemical composition of the molten iron and the melting temperature.The production results showed that the shrinkage compensation effect of the hot side riser process was better than that of the cold top riser process,which was beneficial to eliminate shrinkage defects on the surface of the casting.Controlling the chemical composition of the molten iron and the pouring temperature could ensure the expansion of graphite,reduce the volume shrinkage ratio of the molten iron,reduce the probability of shrinkage,and ensure the surface flatness of the casting.
