摘  要:介绍了采煤机械设备减速箱上箱体铸件的结构及技术要求,借助铸造CAE软件对某砂型铸造箱体件的充型过程及凝固过程进行了模拟分析,根据产生的缺陷采取相应的工艺改进措施,经生产验证,工艺改进后,消除了铸件的缩孔、缩松缺陷,各项性能指标符合技术要求,后续生产的铸件废品率控制在2%以内。最后指出:采用侧注、底注的浇注方式以及半开放式浇注系统,可以很好地满足箱体的充型要求;针对法兰盘处铁液流速突然增大的问题,采用搭桥的方法可解决紊流问题,实现箱体内部平稳充型。The structure and technical requirements of the upper box casting of coal mining machinery and equipment reducer were introduced.The filling process and solidification process of a sand casting box part were simulated and analyzed with the help of casting CAE software.The corresponding process improvement measures were taken according to the defects.After production verification,the shrinkage holes and shrinkage porosity defects of the castings were eliminated after the process improvement.All performance indicators met the technical requirements.The scrap rate of subsequent castings was controlled within 2%.Finally,it was pointed out that the side injection,bottom injection and semi-open pouring system could well meet the filling requirements of the box.In view of the problem of sudden increase in the flow rate of molten iron at the flange,the bridging method could solve the turbulence problem and achieve stable filling inside the box.
