摘 要:为解决在生产线型砂工艺配比高、辅料耗用成本高的状态下,铸件砂眼、夹砂缺陷率居高不下等问题,通过深入识别、分析,认为其根本原因是湿型砂质量的稳定可靠性不足。从湿型砂处理方面着手,采取了系统性的管控及工艺技术升级应用等措施,经过全面推进湿型砂处理管控基础与保障能力的提升,有效促进湿型砂综合质量优化及稳定受控,最终使砂眼、夹砂结疤缺陷率明显下降,并总结出了保证湿型砂铸造过程实现低耗、高效、高质的湿型砂处理管控方法。To address persistent issues such as high defect rates of sand holes and sand inclusions in castings under conditions of high sand process ratios and auxiliary material consumption costs,an in-depth identification and analysis were conducted.It was concluded that the root cause lies in the insufficient stability and reliability of wet sand quality.Focusing on wet sand treatment,systematic control measures and technological upgrades were implemented.Through comprehensive improvements in the foundational control and assurance capabilities of wet sand handling,the overall quality of wet sand was optimized and kept stably under control.This resulted in a significant reduction in the defect rates of sand holes,sand inclusions,and scars.Ultimately,a process control method for wet sand treatment was summarized,ensuring a low-cost,efficient,and high-quality casting process.
