摘　　要：党的领导制度是中国特色社会主义制度体系的核心组成部分,统领国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化进程。以改革开放以来党的领导制度接续改善、完善与健全的政治叙事为背景,学界对此研究也呈现出由点及面、由表及里的演进特征,构成四十余年国内学界关于党的领导制度研究的历时性图景。就现有成果内容而言,研究集中于党的领导制度的概念界定、生成阐释、系统剖析、变迁回溯、效能揭示、健全探讨等核心议题,彰显了国内学者的学术自觉与政治关切。然而,目前该研究仍存在诸如合作研究不足、重复研究居多以及缺乏建构中国自主知识体系意识等问题。因此,立足基础与前沿关切并重、理论演绎与实践论证相结合、聚焦中国与面向世界相结合,将成为党的领导制度研究走深走实的发展趋向。The Party's leadership system constitutes the core component of the socialist institutional framework with Chinese characteristics,guiding the modernization of the national governance system and capabilities.Against the backdrop of continuous improvements,refinements,and institutional strengthening of the Party's leadership system since the reform and opening-up in 1978,academic research in this field has evolved from specific aspects to comprehensive dimensions and from surface-level observations to in-depth analyses,forming a diachronic landscape of domestic scholarly inquiry over the past four decades.Existing studies focus on core issues such as the conceptual definitions,historical genesis,systematic analyses,evolutionary trajectories,institutional efficacy,and optimization strategies of the Party's leadership system,reflecting the academic rigor and political engagement of domestic scholars.However,despite notable achievements,current research still faces challenges,including insufficient collaborative efforts,redundant studies,and a lack of orientation toward constructing China's autonomous knowledge system.Therefore,focusing on the integration of foundational research with frontier research topic,theoretical exploration with practical validation,and a China-centered focus with global perspectives will be the trend for deepening research on the Party's leadership system.
