摘 要:在政府引导下,整合创新网络资源提升区域低碳创新的持续性,对于助力达成“双碳”目标与实现区域高质量发展具有重要意义。基于创新可持续性视角,结合社会网络理论与新制度理论,利用中国30个省份的面板数据,运用全面可行广义最小二乘法,探究了技术转移-合作双重网络对区域低碳创新持续性的影响机制及政府环境干预的调节作用。研究结果表明:技术转移网络位置促进了区域低碳创新持续性,技术转移网络位置正向影响技术合作网络强度,技术合作网络强度在技术转移网络位置与区域低碳创新持续性之间起中介作用,政府环境干预能够强化技术转移网络位置、技术合作网络强度对区域低碳创新持续性具有正向影响。Integrating innovation network resources under government guidance to enhance the sustainability of regional low-carbon innovation is crucial for achieving the“dual carbon”targets and promoting high-quality regional development.Based on the perspective of innovation sustainability,combined with social network theory and new institutional theory,and utilizing panel data from 30 provinces in China as well as the feasible generalized least squares method,this study explores the impact mechanism of the dual network of technology transfer and cooperation on the sustainability of regional low-carbon innovation,along with the moderating role of government environmental intervention.The research findings indicate that the position within the technology transfer network promotes the sustainability of regional low-carbon innovation.The position within the technology transfer network positively affects the strength of the technology cooperation network,and the strength of the technology cooperation network mediates the relationship between the position within the technology transfer network and the sustainability of regional low-carbon innovation.Government environmental intervention can strengthen the positive impact of the position within the technology transfer network and the strength of the technology cooperation network on the sustainability of regional low-carbon innovation.
