摘  要:针对550kV GIS用复合套管的抗震性能问题,对样机结构进行地震模拟振动台试验,并进行有限元仿真分析。利用振动台测试样机的动力特性和在不同工况人工地震波作用下的响应特性。试验结果表明,人工地震波作用下该样机结构的动力放大作用显著,空心复合绝缘子根部应力集中明显,是结构中的薄弱环节。采用有限元分析软件对样机结构有限元模型进行模态分析和地震时程分析,分析结果表明,有限元仿真结果与振动台测试数据高度一致,从而验证了有限元模型的精确度和合理性。此外,进一步探讨地震作用下支架刚度对样机上部结构的影响,结果表明,随着支架刚度的增大,样机顶部加速度先减小、后增大、再减小,而顶部位移与复合绝缘子根部应变均先增大后减小。Aiming at the seismic performance of a 550 kV GIS composite bushing,the shaking table test and its finite element simulation analysis are conducted on its prototype structure.The shaking table is used to test the dynamic characteristics of the prototype and the response characteristics under the action of artificial seismic wave in different working conditions.The test results show that the dynamic amplification of the prototype structure under the action of artificial seismic wave is significant and the stress concentration at the root of the hollow composite insulator is obvious,which is the weak link in the structure.The finite element analysis software is used to carry out modal analysis and seismic time course analysis on the finite element model of the prototype structure.The analysis results show that the finite element simulation results are highly consistent with the test data of the shaking table,which verifies the accuracy and rationality of the finite element model.In addition,the effects of the support stiffness on the prototype upper structure under the seismic action are further explored.The results show that,with the increase in support stiffness,the acceleration at the top of the prototype first decreases,then increases,and finally decreases,while both the displacement at the top and the strain at the root of the composite insulator first increase and then decrease.
