摘 要:铁路房建工程结构专业算量过程复杂,统计难度大。本文研究了铁路房建工程中A和B两款软件在工程数量计量上的差异。通过建立多种简化钢筋混凝土结构模型,对比分析了两款软件在混凝土、钢筋等工程量统计上的差异。研究发现,主体结构混凝土工程量二者误差在2%以内;钢筋工程量误差在7%以内。A软件的工程量统计功能在混凝土和钢筋数量统计上具有一定的准确性,可作为设计阶段的参考,但在钢筋统计细节上仍需进一步完善。本文为结构设计人员和工程造价人员提供了两款软件在工程量计量上的对比分析,有助于提高工程量计算的准确性和效率。The process of calculating the quantity of railway building engineering structure is complicated,and it is difficult to make statistics.This paper studies the difference of engineering quantity measurement between A software and B software in railway housing construction project.By establishing a variety of simplified reinforced concrete structure models,the differences of the two softwares in the statistics of engineering quantities such as concrete and reinforcement are compared and analyzed.It is found that the error of the concrete quantity of the main structure is less than 2%.The error of steel reinforcement quantity is within 7%.The statistical function of A has a certain accuracy in the statistics of the quantity of concrete and steel bars,and can be used as a reference in the design stage,but the statistical details of steel bars still need to be further improved.
