摘 要:徐州杏山子大道综合管廊工程采用多种围护形式,包括高压旋喷桩、三轴水泥搅拌桩、咬合桩及工法桩等,通过技术特性和经济性分析,对各类围护形式的适用性和成本效益进行评价。研究指出,高压旋喷桩适用于复杂软土层,止水效果显著,经济性较低;三轴水泥搅拌桩适用于一般软土层,整体成本控制较好;咬合桩在复杂水文环境下具备优良止水性能,施工效益低;工法桩在覆盖软土层的地质段落施工效率高,展现出良好的经济性。结合工程地质条件与区域特点,提出针对性分区应用策略,以实现经济效益与施工适应性的综合平衡。The comprehensive utility tunnel project of Xuzhou Xingshanzi Avenue adopts a variety of retaining forms,including high-pressure jet grouting,three-axis cement mixing piles,interlocking piles,and method piles,etc.Through technical characteristics and economic analysis,the applicability and cost performance of various retaining are evaluated.Research indicates that high-pressure jet grouting piles are suitable for complex soft soil layers,with significant water-stopping effects but relatively low economic efficiency;triaxial cement mixing piles are applicable to general soft soil layers and have better overall cost control;diaphragm walls have excellent water-stopping performance in complex hydrogeological environments but have low construction efficiency;and method piles have high construction efficiency in geological sections covered with soft soil layers and demonstrate good economic performance.Based on the engineering geological conditions and regional characteristics,an optimized strategy for targeted zonal application is proposed to achieve a comprehensive balance between economic benefits and construction adaptability.
