摘 要:铁路专用线是解决铁路运输“最后一公里”的重要设施,新建专用线与既有高速公路的交叉方案研究是专用线建设的重要环节,尤其在交通网络纵横交错的平原地区,选择合适的交叉方案能够有效降低铁路专用线建设投资,加快项目落地。本文通过梳理平原地区项目特点及公铁交叉应执行的标准规范,从交叉分类、方案研究流程、影响因素等方面对交叉方案进行详细分析,给出不同条件下的方案选择建议,并以滑县、东明专用线与菏宝高速公路的交叉实例进行验证。研究的内容和结论可为平原地区新建专用线与既有高速公路交叉方案选取提供参考。Railway dedicated lines are important facilities for solving the"last mile"of railway transportation.The research on the intersection scheme between newly built dedicated lines and existing highways is an important part of dedicated line construction,especially in plain areas where transportation networks crisscross.Choosing a suitable intersection scheme can effectively reduce the investment in railway dedicated line construction and accelerate project implementation.This article outlines the characteristics of projects in plain areas and the standards that should be followed for highway-railway interchange.It analyzes the crossing schemes in detail from the aspects of crossing classification,scheme research process,and influencing factors,and provides suggestions for scheme selection under different conditions.The case study of the intersection of Huaxian and Dongming railway dedicated lines with Hebao Expressway is verified.The research content and conclusions hope to provide reference for the selection of intersection schemes between newly built dedicated lines and existing expressways in plain areas.
