摘　　要：新时代中国共产党领导文化建设在理论与实践上取得了显著成效,适应了新的机遇与挑战。首先,在习近平文化思想指导下,中国特色文化发展道路通过将马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际、中华优秀传统文化相结合,形成了符合中国国情的文化理论体系。其次,在实践路径上,以人民为中心全面推进社会主义文化强国建设,使文化建设成果更多、更公平地惠及到全体人民;面对社会主要矛盾的变化,注重文化供给的结构性调整和创新,推动均衡发展。最后,总结新时代文化建设的实践经验,强调马克思主义在文化意识形态工作中的指导引领性地位,以“两个结合”创新性原则拓展中国特色社会主义文化建设发展道路,使中华优秀传统文化在新时代焕发新生机。The Communist Party of China(CPC)has achieved remarkable results in leading cultural construction in the new era in terms of theory and practice,and has adapted to new opportunities and challenges.First,under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s cultural philosophy,the path of cultural development with Chinese characteristics has formed a cultural theoretical system in line with China’s national conditions by combining the basic principles of Marxism with China’s concrete realities and the fine traditional Chinese culture.Secondly,in practice,we should take the people as the center to comprehensively promote the building of a strong socialist culture,so that the achievements of cultural development can benefit all the people in a more equitable way.In the face of changes in the main contradictions in society,we should pay attention to structural adjustment and innovation of cultural supply and promote balanced development.Finally,it summarizes the practical experience of cultural construction in the new era,emphasizes the guiding and leading position of Marxism in the work of cultural ideology,expands the development path of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics with the innovative principle of“two combinations”,and makes the fine traditional Chinese culture glow with new vitality in the new era.
