摘　　要：跨境电商物流作为连通中国与哈萨克斯坦跨境电商货物的桥梁,对于推进双边合作和“丝路电商”发挥了重要的作用。目前,中国与哈萨克斯坦跨境电商物流模式主要有国际小包、国际专线、国际EMS、国际快递等,存在物流信息缺乏实时跟踪、运输成本高、退换货服务未能有效落实等问题,在充分分析中国与哈萨克斯坦跨境电商物流现状和存在问题基础上,提出扩大跨境电商物流数据共享和信息透明度、优化物流运输网络和装载方案、建设跨境物流中心和海外仓等优化路径。As a bridge connecting cross-border e-commerce goods between China and Kazakhstan,cross-border e-commerce logistics plays a more important role in promoting bilateral cooperation and“Silk Road e-commerce”.At present,the cross-border e-commerce logistics mode between China and Kazakhstan mainly includes international small packages,international special lines,international EMS,international express delivery,etc.Problems such as lack of real-time tracking of logistics information,high transportation costs,and failure to effectively implement return and exchange services need to be solved.Based on a full analysis of the status quo and existing problems of cross-border e-commerce logistics between China and Kazakhstan,Logistics optimization paths such as expanding cross-border e-commerce logistics data sharing and information transparency,optimizing logistics transportation networks and loading methods,and building cross-border logistics centers and overseas warehouses are proposed.
