摘  要:近年来,人工智能技术发展迅猛,不仅带来了巨大的能源需求,也推动着能源系统的智能化转型。作为人工智能和能源领域的佼佼者,美国政府将人工智能和能源产业作为战略重点,借助人工智能技术的发展机遇,加速推进美国能源系统的改造升级,美国数字巨头也在争相“抢电”,大量投资能源行业。这一系列政策与行动让特朗普大力推动的“能源优势”转化为“权力优势”,有利于巩固和扩大美国人工智能领域的传统优势。未来,人工智能赋能美国能源产业将会巩固美国的能源优势,推进美国能源变革,提升美国使用“能源武器”的能力。但是,人工智能影响下的美国能源产业转型升级进程也受到很多限制,包括政治不确定性较高、科技产业与能源产业的固有差异矛盾、制造业空心化问题严重和美国人工智能主要研发方向落地相对困难等。The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology over the past few years has led to significant increases in energy demand and has contributed to the intelligent transformation of the energy system.The United States has been a leader in the fields of artificial intelligence and energy,and it has made these industries a strategic priority.It has leveraged the development opportunities presented by artificial intelligence technology to support the transformation and upgrading of the US energy system.American digital giants have also made significant investments in the energy industry.These policies and actions are conducive to consolidating and expanding the traditional advantages of the United States in the field of artificial intelligence.In the future,the use of artificial intelligence in the US energy industry will strengthen the US energy advantage,encourage US energy transformation,and improve the US's capacity for energy use.However,the transformation and upgrading process of the US energy industry under the influence of artificial intelligence is also subject to many restrictions,including political uncertainty,differences and contradictions between the science and technology industry and the energy industry,hollowing out of the manufacturing industry,and difficulties in implementing artificial intelligence research and development in the United States.
