摘  要:在全球产业链深度重构与科技革命浪潮迭起的时代背景下,大学生技能培养已超越技术能力范畴,成为关乎国家核心竞争力的战略命题。党史教育通过价值塑造、知识体系重构与育人场域再造,能够摆脱技术空心化困境,培育兼具家国情怀、创新思维与伦理意识的新时代大国工匠。构建“党史+专业”的浸润式课程体系,打造技术报国的社会实践平台,建立精神与技能协同发展的终身学习生态,是党史教育融入大学生技能培养的核心路径。Against the backdrop of profound restructuring in global industrial chains and successive waves of technological revolution,the cultivation of college students’skills has transcended the realm of technical competence to become a strategic proposition concerning national core competitiveness.Through value shaping,knowledge system reconstruction and education field reconstruction,Party history education can escape the dilemma of technological hollowing out and foster a new era of national feeling,innovative thinking and ethical awareness of great craftsmen.It is the core path for Party history education to integrate into the skills training of college students to build the infiltrative curriculum system of“Party history+professional”,create the social practice platform of technology serving the country,and establish the lifelong learning ecology of the coordinated development of spirit and skills.
