摘  要:近年来,受人工智能、图像识别、传感器、网络等技术限制,供热一次管网有限空间作业前、中、后以及应急救援闭环管理一直是企业的难点、痛点。而随着信息技术的爆炸式发展,相关的理论和技术日益成熟,应用领域不断扩大,针对供热一次管网有限空间的安全智能化管理研究也具备了相应的技术基础。本文介绍了通过数据采集、试点试验等手段进行视觉AI、网络安全接入、大数据分析等技术在城市热力输配方面的有效应用,获得视觉AI、网络安全接入及大数据技术在热力输配场景应用的关键技术,最终建设了有限空间智能化管理体系,实现对人员安全、作业环境、有限空间整体作业管控的效果,对推动热力输配安全作业具有重要意义。In recent years,due to limitations in artificial intelligence(AI),image recognition,sensor technology,and networking,the closed-loop management of heating primary pipeline network operations in limited spaces before,during,and after work,as well as emergency rescue,has been a significant challenge for enterprises.However,with the rapid advancement of information technology,relevant theories and technologies have become matured significantly,and their application fields have expanded across diverse fields.This progress has established a robust technical foundation for research on intelligent safety management in limited-space operations of primary heating pipeline networks.This study introduces the effective application of technologies such as computer vision-based AI,secure network access,and big data analysis in urban heating distribution through data collection and pilot experiments.Key technologies for implementing visual AI,network security access,and big data in heating distribution scenarios are identified,and an intelligent management system for limited spaces is developed.This system aims to enhance personnel safety,optimize the operating environment,and enables comprehensive control in limited spaces,thereby significantly improving the safety of heating distribution operations.
