摘 要:本文围绕某电厂化水系统的智能预警技术展开研究,旨在通过智能化手段提升化水系统的稳定性、安全性和可靠性,推动火电厂智能化建设。该电厂化水系统结构复杂且设备众多,为提高系统的运行可靠性,本文设计并实现了一种基于智能预警的管理平台。该平台通过多层次的预警机制和智能数据分析方法,对化水系统的运行状态进行实时监控与异常预测。通过有效的预警系统,运行人员能够提前发现潜在的设备故障和运行异常,减少了系统停运时间,提高了整体的故障处理效率。系统的实际应用表明,智能预警系统显著提高了系统的稳定性和故障响应速度,为电厂智能化建设提供了有效的解决方案。This paper focuses on the intelligent early warning technology for the water treatment system of a power plant,aiming to enhance the stability,safety,and reliability of the system through intelligent methods and promote the digital transformation of thermal power plants.The water treatment system at this power plant is complex and consists of numerous devices.To enhance the operational reliability of the system,this study designs and implements a management platform based on intelligent early warning.The platform employs a multi-level early warning mechanism and intelligent data analysis methods to monitor the operational status of the water treatment system in real-time and predict anomalies.Through an effective early warning system,potential equipment failures and operational abnormalities can be detected in advance,reducing system downtime and improving overall fault handling efficiency.Practical applications of the system have shown that the intelligent early warning system significantly enhances system stability and fault response speed,providing an effective solution for the intelligent development of power plants.
