摘　　要：大学生是中国式现代化建设的生力军,大学生就业是落实就业优先战略的关键环节。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视大学生就业,作出了一系列关于大学生就业的重要论述,其形成过程蕴含马克思主义就业理论、中华优秀传统文化劳动观和新时代党的青年工作使命,在精神引领、办学过程、政策实施方面彰显了深刻的内涵要义,是指导新时代大学生就业工作的行动指南。习近平总书记关于大学生就业重要论述为大学生就业提供价值指向,培育大学生树立正确就业观,炼就实干才能,勇担青春使命。College students are the new force in the construction of Chinese path to modernization,and college students'employment is the key link in implementing the employment priority strategy.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the employment of college students and made a series of important statements on the employment of college students.The formation process of these statements contains Marxist employment theory,the excellent traditional Chinese cultural labor concept,and the mission of the Party's youth work in the new era.They demonstrate profound connotations in spiritual guidance,educational process,and policy implementation,and serve as a guide for the employment of college students in the new era.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on college students'employment provides value orientation for college students'employment,cultivates correct employment concepts among college students,cultivates practical talents,and bravely shoulders the mission of youth.
