摘 要:软技能是就业能力的重要组成部分,高等教育机构是培养学生软技能的关键场所。当前企业对毕业生的综合素质提出更高要求,但由于高校在软技能培养上的不足,高校教育与企业需求之间的错位问题日益突出。思想政治教育与软技能培育相辅相成,为解决校企供需之间的矛盾提供契机。就其成效而言,当前高校学生虽然普遍认识到软技能的重要性,但软技能水平自我评估较低。这种差距表明高校在通过思想政治教育推动软技能发展的过程中,仍然面临现实困境。要实现思想政治教育对软技能培育的有效促进,需要推动课程的一体化设计,创新教学方式,并构建综合评估体系。Soft skills are an important component of employability,and higher education institutions are key places for cultivating students'soft skills.Currently,enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive qualities of graduates.However,due to the deficiencies in the cultivation of soft skills in universities,the problem of mismatch between university education and enterprise needs has become increasingly prominent.Ideological and political education and the cultivation of soft skills complement each other,providing an opportunity to solve the contradiction between the supply of universities and the demand of enterprises.In terms of its effectiveness,although college students generally recognize the importance of soft skills at present,their self-assessment of soft skills is relatively low.This gap indicates that universities still face practical dilemmas in the process of promoting the development of soft skills through ideological and political education.To effectively promote the cultivation of soft skills through ideological and political education,it is necessary to promote the integrated design of courses,innovate teaching methods,and construct a comprehensive evaluation system.
