摘 要:如今,基层就业服务体系的构建为传统校园招聘拓展了新渠道,数字赋能则为该服务的可触达提供了新契机。以基层就业服务为载体的数字化就业赋能效应可从两条路径展开:路径一是微观的结构内驱路径,即数字化嵌入基层就业服务网点,驱动运营模式的优化;路径二是宏观的情境外塑路径,即数字化建构基层就业服务体系,推动协同构型的融合。“数字化组织嵌入—数字化体系建构”的递进式、层次性理论框架和应用思路,为构建、布局和优化公共基层就业服务机制提供理论支撑,为推动高校毕业生充分就业和高质量就业提供实践路径。Nowadays,the construction of the grassroots employment service system has expanded new channels for traditional campus recruitment,and digital empowerment has provided new opportunities for the accessibility of this service.The digital employment empowerment effect with the grassroots employment service as the carrier can be carried out through two paths:The first path is the micro-structural internal driving path,that is,digital technology is embedded in the grassroots employment service outlets to drive the optimization of the operation mode;the second path is the macro-situational external shaping path,that is,digital technology constructs the grassroots employment service system to promote the integration of collaborative configurations.The progressive and hierarchical theoretical framework and application ideas of"digital organization embedding-digital system construction"provide theoretical support for the construction,layout and optimization of the public grassroots employment service mechanism,and provide practical paths for promoting the full and high-quality employment of college graduates.
