摘　　要：积极做好高校毕业生就业创业工作,关乎个人价值和家庭幸福的实现,事关民生福祉、经济发展和国家未来。特别是在新质生产力的发展需求之下,高校亟需建立与之相适应的人才培养体系,在适应经济社会发展趋势的同时实现高质量发展。而就业指导教师作为中坚力量,其能力和素质直接影响大学生的就业能力和就业质量。本文从觉醒力、内驱力、文化力、理解力、研究力、关怀力、执行力七个维度,聚焦探索就业指导教师能力提升路径,以期为高校就业指导教师队伍建设提供参考。Actively doing a good job in employment and entrepreneurship for college graduates is related to realizing personal value and family happiness,as well as to people's well-being,economic development,and the future of the country.Especially under the development needs of new quality productivity,universities urgently need to establish a talent training system that is suitable for it,and achieve high-quality development while adapting to the trend of economic and social development.As a backbone force,the ability and quality of employment guidance teachers directly affect the employment ability and quality of college students.From seven dimensions of awakening force,driving force,cultural force,understanding,research force,caring force and execution force,this paper focuses on exploring the path to improve the career guidance teachers'ability,in order to provide reference for the construction of the career guidance teachers in universities.
