摘　　要：人工智能时代,教育新生态的重构已经开始,未来已来。通过人工智能的赋能,我们可以实现差异化的教、个性化的学、精细化的管、数据驱动的研和智能化的服务,可以形成新的教育范式和形态。文章从高等教育发展的“不变”、学习的“变”与“不变”、学习模式的“变”与“不变”、教师的“变”与“不变”、人才培养模式的“变”与“不变”、人才培养要素的“变”与“不变”、教育理论的“变”与“不变”、教育规律的“变”与“不变”、教育评价方法的“变”与“不变”、教育供给侧改革的“变”与“不变”十个方面进行了归纳与研究,通过人才培养模式重构,提出了人工智能时代TOPTECHER高素质应用型技术人才培养体系构建的探索与实践。In the era of artificial intelligence,the reconstruction of the new ecology of education has begun,and the future is here.Through the empowerment of artificial intelligence,we can achieve differentiated teaching,personalized learning,refined management,data-driven research,and intelligent services,forming new educational paradigms and forms.The report summarizes and researches the changes and constants in ten aspects of higher education development:learning,learning mode,talent cultivation mode,education theory,teachers,talent cultivation elements,evaluation methods,and education supply-side reform.Through the reconstruction of talent cultivation modes,it proposes the exploration and practice of constructing a high-quality applied technology talent cultivation system for TOPTECHER in the era of artificial intelligence.
