摘　　要：就业育人是高校立德树人根本任务的重要体现。我国农村订单定向免费医学教育培养项目为提高基层医疗卫生人才队伍的整体素质,促进医疗服务质量提升及基层社会稳定起到了重要作用。为此,在分析当前定向医学生职业发展与生涯规划面临的现实困境基础上,提出就业育人理念下构建农村定向医学生“五位一体”生涯发展教育体系,促进更高质量更充分就业,在持续培养一批为农村医疗卫生事业奉献青春、扎根基层、愿意守护百姓健康的医学人才的生涯教育改革上提供可行性的建议。Employment education is an important embodiment of the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities.The policy project of rural order-oriented free medical education plays an important role in improving the overall quality of the medical and health talents,promoting the quality of medical services and the social stability of the communities.Rural order oriented medical students can"go,work,stay and develop"in the primary medical health system after graduation,which is related to the implementation of talent power and employment priority strategy.Therefore,based on the analysis of the current practical difficulties facing the career development and career planning of oriented medical students,It is proposed to construct a"five-in-one"career development education system for rural oriented medical students from the perspective of employment education,promote higher quality and full employment,and provide feasible suggestions on the career education reform of continuous training of a group of medical talents who devote their youth to rural medical and health undertakings,and are willing to protect the health of the people.
