功能性便秘患儿应用神曲消食口服液联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析功能性便秘(FC)患儿应用神曲消食口服液联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗的效果。方法选取2022年5月至2024年5月周口市妇幼保健院就诊的FC患儿120例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组、联合组。其中予以神曲消食口服液的62例为对照组,予以神曲消食口服液联合布拉氏酵母菌的58例为联合组。比较两组临床疗效,复发率,治疗14 d后临床症状(早饱、腹痛、食欲下降、腹胀)改善情况和治疗前、治疗14 d后胃肠激素[胃肠激素P物质(SP)、胃动素(MLT)、胃泌素(GAS)、神经降压素(NT)],血清炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素(IL)-6、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α]水平。结果联合组临床总有效率89.66%高于对照组75.81%(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,联合组早饱、腹痛、食欲下降、腹胀改善时间低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组SP、MLT、GAS、NT水平高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组CRP、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神曲消食口服液联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗FC疗效显著,不仅可改善临床症状,调节胃肠激素水平,还可抑制体内炎症反应,降低复发率。Objective To analyze the efficacy of shenqu xiaoshi oral solution combined with saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of children with functional constipation(FC).Methods A total of 120 children with FC who were treated at Zhoukou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and a combined group according to different treatment methods.Among them,62 cases were given shenqu xiaoshi oral solution as the control group,and 58 cases were given shenqu xiaoshi oral solution combined with saccharomyces boulardii as the combined group.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate,and improvement of clinical symptoms(early satiety,abdominal pain,decreased appetite,abdominal distension)after 14 days of treatment were compared between the two groups;the levels of gastrointestinal hormones[substance P(SP),motilin(MLT),gastrin(GAS),neurotensin(NT)],serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL)-6,interferon gamma(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α]were also measured before and after 14 days of treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was 89.66%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.81%)(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the improvement time of early satiety,abdominal pain,decreased appetite,and abdominal distension in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of SP,MLT,GAS,and NT in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CRP,IL-6,IFN-γ,and TNF-αin the combined group were decreased more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference in recurrence rate between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of shenqu xiaoshi oral solution combined with saccharomyces boulardii on FC is significant,it can not only improve clinical symptoms and regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels,but also inhibit inflammatory reactions in the body and reduce recurrence rates.
